Salmon Bag O' Fun

Ingredients/Supplies

Salmon & Vegetables 1 Salmon Filet
Fresh Parsley
A variety of small vegetables
such as Broccoli, Asparagus, Green beans
1 Lemon
1/4 tsp Salt
Pinch Ground Black Pepper
White Wine
Microwave Safe Bag such as Ziploc Steamer
Cutting Board
Knife

Instructions

Step 2Take your vegetables and cut them up into serving size pieces. Pull parsley stems off and chop into small leafs.
Step 3 Squeeze a half of lemon over the salmon filet and season to taste.
Step 4 Place the salmon fillet into the steamer bag or microwave safe plastic bag and add a small handful of the vegetable.
Step 5Add just a splash of white wine. Seal the bag, if it is not a steamer bag be sure to leave a corner of the bag open for the steam to escape.
Step 6 Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes* or until salmon is done. Let sit for two minutes. Use oven mitts to carefully remove from microwave.
Drain the liquid from the bag. Remove contents from bag and arrange on plate.

CAUTION: Due to steam build-up, use oven mitts or tongs to remove bag from microwave.
