Fish Tacos
Fish tacos are defiantly an out of the ordinary meal but they taste great, easy to make and healthy.
Ingredients/Supplies
1lb Cod Fish
Cajon Seasoning
Guacomole ( Can be store bought or made fresh)
Shredded Cheese
Spanish Rice (90 sec)
Sour cream with hot sauce
Lettuce
Taco Shells
Instructions
Season your cod strips (cover both sides) with Cajon seasoning and then place them into a microwave safe zip lock and then cook for 5 minutes in microwave. Take cod out of microwave and then flake the fish apart for your tacos.
Separate rice in bag by squeezing it all around. Open bag of rice half way. Place the bag of rice in microwave for 90 seconds.
Cooking your taco shells is optional but if you want to cook them then place shells on separated on a cooking sheet then cook them for 5-6 minutes on around 375 degrees. .
Finally, create your great tasting fish taco with all of your amazing toppings by placing all of them into your taco shell and enjoy!!
