Chuck & Cheese Dip

The perfect dip for a party. This only has four ingredients. Cheese, Rotel, Meat, and awesomeness. Relax and root for the home team.

Ingredients/Supplies

1 pound Ground Chuck
Two Cans of Original Rotel Tomato Sauce
2 lbs porcess cheese (Velveeta)
Olive Oil
Crock Pot
Frying Pan
Serving Spoon

Instructions

Step 1 Set the temperature on crock pot to high. Cut the cheese into chunks and place in crock pot. It will take 15-20 minutes to melt.
When the cheese is almost melted, add oil to the frying pan. Turn the burner on to Medium High.
Step 2 Take the ground chuck and tear into smaller pieces and place into pan. Brown meat completely.
Step 3Once cheese is melted completely, add Rotel to cheese and stir.
Add cooked meat to the cheese sauce. That’s it.
Step 6 Enjoy!
