Chicken Dippers

I don’t know about you, but I have been in love with chicken tenders since I was 5 years old. Now we don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to eat them.

Ingredients/Supplies

2-4 Chicken Breasts
3 cups of Flour
3 eggs
2/3 cup of Milk
Vegetable oil
Salt & pepper
*Chili Powder (optional)
Ranch Dressing
Frank’s Hot Sauce
Frying Pan or Fryer
Tongs
Bowls

Instructions

Step1Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Crack 2-3 eggs into a bowl and add the 2/3 cup of milk into a bowl. Whisk the egg and milk together. Place strips into the mixture and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2Add Flour to a separate bowl. Add a good amount of salt, pepper, and chili powder to the flour and mix together.
Step 3Take the strips out of the egg mixture, let them drip out a bit, and put into the flour mixture. Make sure each strip gets a thick coat of the flour mixture
Step 4Turn stovetop to a Med-High temperature. Put pan on the burner and add vegetable oil to the pan. Make sure you put enough oil to submerge the strips completely. Let the strips sit for about 3-4 minutes or until the coating is a nice brown color. Take tongs and place them onto a plate with a paper towel so the strips can dry.
Step 5To make the OneBeerMeal dip, take the Ranch dressing and put a good amount into a cup. Mix hot sauce to your taste. The mixture will taste like heaven. Enjoy!!
